Vanguard Fire Protection is qualified to inspect the following: -SS2 Emergency Warning Systems -SS4 Emergency Lighting Systems -SS14/2 Signs Fire Systems -SS15/2 Final Exits -SS15/3 Fire Separations -SS15/4 Exit Signs -SS15/5 Smoke Separations
Administration for Compliance Schedules: -Contacting other contractors -Collecting Form 12a’s -Submitting BWOF’s to respective councils
Firefighting Equipment installation and servicing: -Replacing and servicing expired firefighting equipment as necessary
Fire Evacuation Schemes: The FENZ Act 2018 specifies that a building requires a registered Fire Evacuation Scheme if it is: -A place where 6 or more people sleep -A place where 10 or more people work Or -A place where 100 or more people gather. Fire Evacuation Schemes can be submitted by a building manager; however Vanguard Fire Protection has experience in this domain and can submit Fire Evacuation Schemes and manage training and/or trial evacuations for your building.
Fire Safety Consultation: Vanguard Fire Protection can provide advice regarding your building’s existing fire protection systems and make recommendations on improvements to fire safety.
Remediation: Vanguard Fire Protection can undertake minor remediation and resolve defects caused by building wear and tear as well as by previous contractors. For more substantial work, subcontractors can be engaged.
